On this episode we have the tremendous Myung-Jae Lee discussing his experiences training at Grapplers Anonymous in Buffalo to wrestling across North America and out to the UK. We also have with us "Wonderful" Wes Dawson, talking Paradise Boys, Gabagool in 8, and more. Dr. Bob also joins Ottawa's own Thomas Leduc for a stroll out in the park, and things get weird.
We'll see you all in the real world and at wrestling shows as life moves on!

Well folks, paternity leave is over and we're back! This week Dr. Bob talks commentary and radio (and PCO!) with Zach McGibbon, host of TSN 1200's This is Wrestling podcast and a wrestling commentator with the likes of Torture Chamber Pro Wrestling and Victory Ring.
We also have Squirty LeFlow, who has composed entrance themes for the Bodega (Danny Limelight & Papo Esco), numerous wrestlers out of the Nightmare Factory, and many more. Nathan Sharpe and Squirty talk about music composition and production, Jim Johnston, Jimmy Hart, and building a studio. He shares some of his themes with us, so check them out!
